I haven't reached that point yet. This strip is biased, but the characters are all so flawed (except Sawyer, arguably) that it comes across to me as but entertainment.

I can't argue with that, but when i was new to this strip, i had thought of it as balanced because its two opposing main characters were both so laughably far out that you didn't seem to be taking a side. You're free to express whatever you like, and that's what makes the internet great.

Gee, you mean a comic strip that doesn't entertain the readers that don't agree with it? Next you're gonna tell me that upper management in your company don't love Dilbert, Doonesbury isn't huge in communist China, and Penny Arcade isn't a big hit over at Jack Thompson's house! I'm conservative and I enjoy this comic. Honestly if you can't laugh at yourself what good are you?
I find the comic amusing because the conservative figures on the news and in office are so similar to fairbanks it's almost repulsive and it makes me feel a little better that someone else sees them and can just laugh derisively at them. I don't feel like those officials represent me, and I have a feeling fairbanks is meant to be satirical of those outlandish people. Not me.
But mostly, it's just a webcomic, it's not like it was meant to be the new fucking magna carta. Just enjoy it for what it is. Or don't and move on.
